We served as co-directors at the Betty Nansen Theatre in Frederiksberg from 2018 to 2026. Prior to that, we worked together for four years at the Royal Danish Theatre on the project and ensemble: Det Røde Rum (The Red Room).

Elisa is a theater director and Eva is a producer. Together with hundreds of other theater professionals, we have worked to develop methods for co-creation and collective development that we use in both artistic and organizational contexts. We see art as a transformative force in the world. In our experience, art has the capacity to change us as human beings and allow us to experiment with "world-making". We use art as laboratories where, together with others, we create and imagine other worlds and futures. When we work with organizations and leadership, we create spaces for development where artistic and aesthetic interventions give participants access to the theater's "rehearsal space." Here, participants are able to practice, build courage together, and develop skills in co-creation on the floor.
